1. Have your parent's permission
2. Complete Driver's Education
3. Pass permit test
   (must be at least 15 1/2 yrs. old and provide proof of completion of Driver Education and proof of enrollment in Driver Training to obtain permit)
4. Have your permit for at least 6 months
5. Complete 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel Training, Driver's Training
6. Be at least 16 years old
7. Pass the Drive Test
